As she walks back home, Josephine doesn't stop for a second, and yet steadily and calculatedly she walks back to her house, and without opening the rucksack tucks herself into bed.

Flannigan goes back to the nook he'd found, and decides to wait it out till sunrise. The owl for a second, seems to remind him of someone, and yet, he is tired by the day's events, and dozes off.
The night wears on, the darkness gradually yielding to the approaching dawn. Flannigan's slumber is undisturbed, his body recharging for the challenges ahead. The owl, ever vigilant, watches over him, its piercing eyes scanning the surroundings, ensuring the safety of its temporary companion.
As the first light of dawn creeps over the horizon, Flannigan stirs, his senses slowly returning. The owl's soft hooting greets him, a gentle wake-up call. He stretches, yawns, and rises, shaking off the slumber. The new day brings new possibilities, and Flannigan is ready to face them head-on.
Eric’s Dream
The healer sees Eric sitting in a corner, he hears her whisper, ‘I have been following you for a while’.‘I have seen you too’ he replies, comforted that it wasnt his imagination, that the specter he’s been seeing since he started seeing the dark shadows, has a voice.
Eric sits crouched in a corner, his shoulders stooped, avoiding looking through the window, as he sees a dazzling bright light. The dazzling bright light is confronting him, and as he is forced to stare, the dazzle dims, and there turns into a humanlike figure. Wait, did he just spot wings?
The dazzling light begins to fade away and from within the globe of light emerges a female figure, clothed in a white shroud, and no, those aren't wings, just her hooded cape. She reaches out and her hand touches Eric's hand as he reaches out with his hand to check whether the spectre is real. Eric looks straight into her eyes, as their glances meet for a minute, and she wakes up with a start.
